Loved the rooftop and the vibe of this boutique place. Staff were attentive, though check-in took a bit longer than expected.

Last weekend of August, my teacher friend and I, which is a very significant time, came to enjoy ourselves before school starts. At the reception, Alex gave us wonderful service, kind, charming and very helpful. Later, we met Netta, a manager with a strong hand and took care of all the details. The room was everything clean and tidy. The food was excellent and plentiful and the hotel is beautiful. It is decorated as if we were in Europe. It is stunningly clean and there is water and delicious cookies at the entrance. Highly recommend. Thank you, Brown family. We will be back. The location is perfect, close to the sea and other cool streets in Tel Aviv. We started the year with crazy energy. It was perfect. 🥰

Bad service, in addition to calling me to reception three times for things they forgot to say, misleading me in the parking lot and making me pay 180 shekels for parking overnight and refusing to provide adequate compensation. Bad experience
