I was at a conference there. The hall and rooms were clean. Plenty of food, and delicious food. They took care of cleanliness throughout the conference. The sound systems during the speeches worked well, and there was a sound technician on hand. The conference hall overlooked the beach, so we could freshen up in the good air and a relaxing view.
