We arrived on the day of the Tel Aviv Marathon and woke the next day to sirens and the threat of missile attacks from Iran and the knowledge that our flight home would be cancelled indefinitely. We were immediately acquainted with the safe room in the basement and advised by the manager, Shirli, what we could do, where we could go and what to do if an attack was about to happen. We had the appropriate app installed for us Our stay was extended by 15 days. Our room was comfortable. The cleaning staff were brilliant. The coffee shop quaint - the staff excellent - the service outstanding. It was like being home from home. Reception staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they were available 24 hours a day. A special mention to Mica who was most helpful. All the staff were very helpful and we were made very welcome indeed. And, yes, we will return. Thank you for your hospitality.
