Hotel 75 , Tel Aviv

The price is good, and you get a relatively large, clean, and modernly designed room, it seems to be new too The location is excellent, half a minute from Nahalat Binyamin, 5 minutes from the market, 10 minutes from Rothschild But! We stayed there in the winter on a relatively warm day, on the highest floor, and probably because of poor insulation the room was hot! Very hot! After trying for hours to fix the air conditioner, we discovered that it simply didn't work, the reception told us that the air conditioners are not programmed for cold in the winter and that's why it doesn't work. It really sucks

Simple hotel, very small and simple rooms. You can hear everything in the hallway which is unpleasant. They were renovating the hallway when we were there. The fridge was very noisy. The cafe downstairs is very nice and the breakfast includes coffee, juice, muesli, a sandwich and a salad. Basic but sufficient.

We visit it quite regularly. The staff is really kind and the atmosphere is very good. An excellent cafe on the entrance floor includes a nice and cozy terrace Good rooms And for us the hotel's location is perfect. Crossing the road from Nahalat Binyamin 3 minutes from the Carmel Market from Phorantin and King George 7 minutes walk from Beit Chabad from above 10-15 minutes walk to the sea And there is a parking lot very close to the hotel, the Lev Ha'ir parking lot. And the prices at the hotel - completely reasonable compared to the center of Tel Aviv. Highly recommended

Modern hotel right in the center of Tel Aviv. It is very close to Nahalat Binyamin and the Carmel Market. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby features a spacious coffee shop.

Clean. Besides that, the receptionist sits in a cafe, with no motivation to provide service, a room with problems that were discovered at night, such as water in the toilet that doesn't stop flowing, a glass shower door that is crooked and almost falls off, a sink faucet with a very weak flow. No one was interested in whether the super was okay, and even when we checked out, no one asked if everything was okay. We had to tell an employee who was "at reception," but I don't think he was interested.

A super cozy cafe with delicious pastries and matcha. I had an almond croissant and matcha with strawberry jam.
