What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the Shenkin Hotel's excellent and convenient location, often noting its proximity to the Carmel Market and other attractions while still offering a quiet atmosphere. However, a recurring complaint centers on room cleanliness, with some guests reporting sticky floors, hair in bathrooms, and stained linens, contradicting other reviews that describe the rooms as clean.

The location is great, near the Carmel Market but not too close so there is peace and quiet. The staff is smiling, pleasant and really professional It's fun to have the rooftop with the jacuzzi and we also really liked the coffee corner that is open all the time Recommended!

It's hard to understand what the high rating of the hotel is about. Apart from the excellent location right on the market, we didn't find any other advantages. Relative to the price we paid, the value was very basic. The room was dirty, the floor in the shower was so sticky that you couldn't stand on it without getting stuck.

The service and staff are very kind, I spoke with Liron and Yotam who supported and understood my needs. The Sabbath keepers have a physical key, The reception is on the 5th floor The room was clean, the location is convenient, parking is in the Habima parking lot within walking distance. I highly recommend it.
