Convenient, well-organized, and comfortable rooms.

We have stayed at several Tokyu Stay properties in Tokyo, and the experience has always been consistent in terms of customer service and room cleanliness. The hotel is conveniently located with a convenience store right next door, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or essentials at any time. There are two lifts servicing the hotel, which helps minimise waiting times, even during busier periods. Its not as close to a subway compared to other branches in Tokyo and the washing machine we had in our room was extremely noisy (lots of vibration). Never experienced this with other branches in kyoto ans tokyo. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay that we would happily return to on future visits to Fukuoka.

The location is good and the facilities are fine. The staff are also friendly. I can't visit the website, but is there an email address where I can inquire about lost items? I stayed in room 520 from May 22nd to 25th.

It seems convenient for getting around. It was even better because I stayed on a high floor.
