What reviewers say

The hotel is praised for its convenient location near Hakata Station and its affordable price, with some guests also enjoying the public bath. However, common complaints include issues with air conditioning, uncomfortable bedding, and a perceived lack of cleanliness, with one reviewer finding the smell of homeless people disgusting. There are also strict rules regarding food, drinks, and tattoos, and it appears to be a men-only establishment.

I stayed one night in a Royal private room. The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the Hakata Exit of Hakata Station. While other people's reviews highlight the crowded front desk, compared to capsule hotels around Nakasu and Tenjin where there are only one or two staff members, this hotel has about five, which I think is sufficient. I only use cabin-type capsule hotels, and they are comfortable. However, although there is a TV, it seems to be a small CRT, and it appears to be forcibly displaying digital terrestrial broadcasts in a 4:3 aspect ratio, so it's not the original screen size, which is a bit disappointing. But since I don't watch TV extensively while traveling, it's fine as a radio substitute. The public bath was clean and nice, but the space for storing clothes is just a shelf with a door, and it doesn't lock. Well, it's not a problem if you don't bring valuables. At the restaurant, they came to take our order as soon as we sat down, and the service was quick. Aside from the TV, I think it's a highly satisfying business hotel. If I use the service again, I might consider becoming a member to take advantage of the discounted rates.

I was very satisfied with my 3-night, 4-day stay. I have been traveling around Japan for about two months, and the service and hospitality were excellent. I plan to visit again on my next trip to Fukuoka. Thank you to the staff at Cabinas for making this trip a wonderful memory.

A sauna and capsule hotel near Hakata Station. I often use it when I'm on business trips to Hakata. It's conveniently located right in front of the station, and even on rainy days you can get close via the underground shopping area, yet it's inexpensive. Very convenient. Upgrading to a private room, although the price increases, provides a locker in the room and is considerably more comfortable. The baths and saunas are spacious and authentic. They also offer a laundry service; if you request it the day before, you can pick it up in the morning. Very helpful. I used it this time. The restaurant is also spacious with a variety of delicious dishes. This time I had the special champon. It was rich and delicious.

This might be my favorite spot in front of Hakata Station. For me, it's a 5-star hotel 😊
