Although the building itself was old, it was very clean, and above all, the service was excellent. The shuttle bus to major tourist attractions was a great help. They even drove us to Hakuba Station on our return. Also, the buffet food was delicious. The seasoning was mild, and they had free-range eggs for breakfast, so I was able to enjoy egg-on-rice for the first time in a long time. There were some foreign staff members, but they were all well-trained and provided polite service, which left a good impression. The hot springs were also very relaxing. With this level of service and reasonable prices, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is a bit old inside and out, there's only one elevator, and the breakfast and dinner are quite ordinary. The price-performance ratio isn't high, but it's very convenient to go up to Happo Pond or to the Iwadake Ropeway.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night during my trip. The area around the hotel was beautiful with many flowers planted, and the guest rooms were spacious and thoroughly cleaned. The front desk staff were wonderful, and there was a good selection of souvenirs. The bath wasn't particularly large, but I happened to have it all to myself, and I was able to fully enjoy both the indoor and outdoor baths. I chose a plan that included dinner and breakfast, and there was a variety of dishes from different genres, all of which were delicious and not too rich. Many of the restaurant staff were from overseas, but they provided very polite and pleasant service. Unfortunately, it rained this time, so I couldn't enjoy the scenery as much. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I return.

The view from the room was amazing. The food selection was extensive and the taste was superb. It was a little disappointing that there was only one elevator.

Dinner was delicious. There are so many options, it's hard to choose, but I recommend focusing on Japanese food. The Shinshu salmon sashimi was especially tasty.

The hotel isn't the newest, but the rooms are spacious, the garden and public spaces are beautifully landscaped, the breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent and delicious, and the staff are very attentive and friendly. It's a hotel that's run with care and dedication, and I would definitely stay here again.
