I felt a strong sense of unease regarding the way we were treated upon entering the store. Even though several people in the same situation as Tokyo Pride attendees were visiting, some were asked to rejoin the line because they "didn't have their registration wristbands." The criteria for handling this situation were unclear and felt extremely unfair. Furthermore, when we tried to check on the situation, a staff member at the entrance said, "You're in the way." Dissatisfied with the treatment, my companion and I left the store immediately. This is completely inappropriate behavior for a service industry. Even if there were procedural issues, it does not justify such language. I don't know if it was simply an operational error or an arbitrary treatment of specific attendees. However, it was certainly a treatment that anyone present could easily perceive as "discriminatory" and "exclusive." Precisely because this is a place that celebrates the LGBTQ+ community, I expect them to treat everyone fairly and respectfully.

Fun crowd, great energy, but heavy indoor smoking throughout the entire space. If you're sensitive to smoke, this will be a dealbreaker. The atmosphere is fun and the energy is great, but smoking is allowed throughout the entire place and the smoke is quite strong. It will be tough for people who are sensitive to smoke.

I happened to stumble upon an underwear party, which I found quite fun; they even had a darkroom. However, the locals seemed rather reckless moving around the nightclub, so it was a bit of a culture shock.
