What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the Westin Tokyo for its excellent service, luxurious rooms, and convenient location near Ebisu station, with the executive lounge often highlighted as a great amenity. However, some guests have noted a decline in standards, citing issues with breakfast service and a perceived lack of flexibility with simple requests.

Very nice luxurious European/American style hotel, in the heart of Tokyo, big park right across the street. Also you can have a coach ride with gorgeous black horse. Prestige place.

Excellent hotel, great location with easy 10 minute walking from Ebisu Staion through covered walkway (turn right from main exit). Yebisu Garden Place right next to hotel offers shopping, entertainment, and dining options as well as great views from Yebisu Tower observation level on top 2 floors that also has several restaurants. Nice Photography Museum on ground floor worth visiting. Shibuya and other major areas are easy, quick stops away from Ebisu Station. On checkout, if you have lot of luggage,, take taxi to the airport (they have shuttle to Narita but not Haneda which costs about $80 for the ride). Only negative is highly inflated prices during busy seasons - times that we avoid to actually enjoy Tokyo and rest of Japan more without the extremely annoying masses of tourists.

This is my second stay here. The buffet here is wonderful, the rooms are fantastic, and the location is great. I'll definitely come back again. Thank you as always.

It's a 10-minute walk from the station, which is quite far. From the hotel to the station every day during a trip would be realistically exhausting. Also, a mysterious and intimidating group was smoking in areas that weren't designated smoking areas. Overall, I felt the price didn't match the hotel's level of service.
