It's right near Ebisu Station, and if you're just looking for a casual sauna experience, it's probably a decent place. This was my first time using a capsule hotel, and since the facilities are mostly shared, you'll regret it if you have a lot of luggage or valuables. There are no lockers for the sauna room for overnight guests, so you have to put everything except your clothes in the locker next to your capsule. However, for some reason, there's no band or anything to wear with the locker key, so you have no choice but to keep it with you at all times, even in the sauna. Even when sleeping, the only way to hold the key is to clench your fist, which is unsettling. That being said, considering the low price, I think it's a service that should be tolerated, so if you keep these points in mind, it should be fine.

I stayed there for about 3000 yen on a weekday. Considering its location in Ebisu, this price is quite reasonable. It's not dirty at all, and perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep. In these times, just being able to stay at this price is something to be grateful for. The bedroom is a bit small; I think it might be too small for foreigners. The only drawback is that the hairdryer is too weak.

The hotel is very clean, they organize check out and check ini each day but you dont need to kove your luggage and can be kept in the locker. One of the facility that i really love is sauna, its refreshing and make relaxed after walking for the whole day.

It's very close, just a two-minute walk from Ebisu Station. And the price per night is cheap, it has a shower and sauna, and there are large lockers, so for a solo traveler, I think it's more than satisfactory.

I stayed here overnight. The location was excellent, being close to the station. The capsule was clean for the price, and the space inside didn't feel particularly cramped (I could sit up without hitting my head on the ceiling). However, the shower was terrible… For one thing, only a tiny amount of hot water came out of the showerhead… and when it did come out, it was either extremely hot (almost 50°C) or freezing cold water. The showers in the sauna area also had several temperature settings, but no matter how many times I tried, only cold water came out. If there had been an announcement beforehand, I could have gone to another public bath, but there was no contact or apology whatsoever. Other guests were also very distressed, saying that the water wasn't working in any of the women's baths. I went around 11 PM on June 3rd. I think this needs to be addressed urgently…

This is a capsule hotel with a sauna, located a short walk from Ebisu Station. The location is good, and it has all the necessary basic amenities. While there were times when the surrounding noise was noticeable, considering the price, it was satisfactory. I would appreciate improvements to the elevator and stairwell operations.

Honestly, it was tough. I've stayed in many capsule hotels before, but this one was quite unique. First of all, the difference between the photos and the actual place is huge. When you actually go there, the whole space feels like "the future imagined by someone from the Showa era," but just deteriorated. The strangely futuristic curved design, the yellowed interior, the excessively bright lighting. Everywhere you look, there's an air of "this must have been cutting edge at one point..." At check-in, I was told that "the system isn't much different from Nine Hours," but the fact that you have to completely leave at 11 AM every day and can't enter anywhere except the lobby until 3 PM makes it quite different. Furthermore, you can't access your luggage during that time. It's a pretty tough setup for anyone who wants to take a short break during the day. Also, the lighting throughout the building is really bright all the time. The capsule shades barely block out any light, so by the time you go to sleep, it feels less like "staying overnight" and more like "waiting before an interrogation." What surprised me even more was that part of the capsule had been repaired with clear tape. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw it. It's no longer just an "old capsule hotel," but more like "a vision of the future imagined by people of the past," being kept running into the Reiwa era with only minimal maintenance. The only good things were: - Close to the station - Hot water in the shower works properly - At least there's a roof over your head to sleep in That's about it. Of course, the price is cheap. However, I think "cheap" and "3-star hotel" are two different things. If they at least replaced the blackout shades with decent ones, the impression would change considerably, but I'm sure this review will just get a soulless copy-paste reply like: "Thank you for your valuable feedback. We will use it to improve our facilities in the future." So, one star. Actually, it's a one star partly out of sympathy for the tape's desperate efforts.

Its a capsule Hostel so dont expect a big and fancy room. It has everything someone needs and even has a Sauna! Ebisu is such a cozy and good place to stay, I highly recommend this place of you want to stay near Shibuya in a quiet and cozy area with good connections to other areas in tokyo

This was the first time I'd ever encountered a capsule hotel sauna that was so drastically different from the photos of the rooms. The pictures made it look clean, but in reality, it was anything but. 【Advantages】 ・Good location ・Inexpensive ・Relatively well-stocked amenities ・Individual showers are reasonably clean (similar to gym showers) ・Perfect for those who want to experience a dirty, makeshift sauna abroad 【Disadvantages】 ・The male receptionist was extremely unmotivated (the female receptionist was good) ・The floor with the capsule hotel smelled strongly of feet like those of people doing sports, and also like animal odors ・Lockers have locks, but the suitcase storage area doesn't have locks, making security poor (I later learned that you can leave your luggage at the reception) ・The floors and walls in the sauna and shower area are deteriorated, and there's a lot of mold, probably because it hasn't been cleaned ・The sauna room smells of mold ・You're given a top and bottom set of loungewear, but it's worn out and the inside of the clothes is yellowed ・When I stayed there, about half the guests were Japanese and half were foreigners Foreigners were talking loudly on the capsule floor even at night, which was unpleasant After checking in, I was so concerned about the smell, hygiene, and security that I looked for other accommodations for a while. It might be okay for someone who has missed the last train and has no other place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for any other reason.

It seems to attract a lot of foreign tourists. For this location in Tokyo and at this price, it's perfectly adequate for a solo traveler just looking for a place to sleep.

I will never stay here again. The staff service and hygiene were extremely disappointing. First, the hygiene of the hotel was quite poor. There was a noticeable odor throughout, and it lacked cleanliness. The sauna room, in particular, was very unpleasant, making me doubt whether it was being cleaned regularly. The amenities were minimal; there was no men's lotion, for example. And what surprised me the most was that there was no futon in the room. Only a pillow was provided. I honestly didn't understand it. Due to the hotel's layout, going to the front desk was inconvenient, so I initially endured it, but I couldn't stand the cold any longer and finally went to the front desk. There, a young female staff member told me: "Please bring your own futon from a room on another floor." My feeling was, "Why should a guest have to go to another floor to get one when it's your fault?" Furthermore, she didn't seem particularly apologetic, and I didn't feel any sincerity. This isn't a matter of "the front desk being out of stock," but rather a question of customer service. We paid for our stay. Even though it's a capsule hotel, it's still a service industry, and I think they should review their staff training and service awareness. Incidentally, I also stayed at the Gotanda branch the day before. They did have futons, but the hygiene was just as poor. At least I won't be using it again. Honestly, I felt it was a waste of money. I recommend other hotels.
