Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

I only went to the Godzilla café, the service is amazing!!! The dishes are beautiful and delicious

This hotel is in a great location. My room was small but comfortable with a fridge and good AC. The shower was great. However, there is one big issue: the walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbor’s phone vibrating all throughout the night—and their alarm every morning. This woke me up around 4:30 am most mornings and it was very difficult to get back to sleep with the constant buzzing coming through the wall. I will also say, just as a general matter, that this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s more like a 3 star hotel.

We stayed in a room on the Godzilla floor. The atmosphere and view from the window were amazing. The bathroom was a little dirty (there was hair hanging on the wall, probably from previous guests). Otherwise, no complaints. I would also like to mention the varied and delicious breakfast.

Great hotel with very comfortable room and location though the pillow was very hard. Something good to know is that you can enter the hotel through all entrances on the bottom floor and not required to go through the back. Best godzilla hotel Tokyo has to offer!

I really enjoyed the experience. Excellent location, the rooms are a bit small but have a great theme, as does the view from the room. The only negative was that the terrace was closed :( Everything else was excellent. We had breakfast included with a variety of dishes and a very complete salad bar.

Great location for a stay in Shinjuku

This was our first time staying here, we are all very pleased with the hotel staff and accommodations. The lady who helped us with reserving a limo bus 20 min before the departure time (6/21/26), also walked us to the bus pickup location which is a 3 min walk from the hotel. She was super helpful and made sure we got to the bus on time.

They won’t clean up ur room and it is very old

Very cool hotel right in the heart of Shinjuku!

The room condition isn't great, but the location is fantastic.
