Exactly what I needed after a long backpacking trip before flying home. Pool is really clean, rooms are nice, the whole ambiance feels relaxed with an high level of service. Feels like a little hide away in Vientiane. As a Dutch guy the free bicycle was perfect to go around the city. All for a very good price compared to other hotels in Vientiane.
Stayed here with 3 other friends for 4 nights, the staff were all lovely and very helpful. Great rooms, swimming pool and service! They even had bicycles you can borrow to ride around town. They helped us organised transport and assisted with anything we needed. A little in the industrial zone/out of happening area but the bikes made it really easy! Great place to relax and hang out around the pool as well, would recommend! Lovely little oasis 🏝️
I wanted a nice little cosy getaway from the centre of Vientiane and I was not disappointed! Not much to fault at all, the place is clean, the rooms are nice and spacious, the pool area is tidy and clean and the food and service is excellent. I booked for 1 night but ended up staying 3! Word of warning: there is a nightclub just a few hundred yards away which I heard music coming from 6pm until around 5am (I stayed over a weekend) the hotel however kindly provided earplugs. But just be aware if you are a light sleeper! Would absolutely recommend staying here for the reasonable price.
Good staff, good food, and security by the front at night to keep you safe. I will say sometimes the guard would fall asleep and I would have to hop the fence to get in haha. That normally isn't a big deal for me but sometimes it would be raining and that would make it a bit more difficult. The hotel is beautiful, they offer a lot of different services and the location is fantastic as well. While taxis are cheap there was also a lot of things that I found to be a comfortable walking distance from the hotel as well.
Was supposed to stay here for a few nights but as we arrived the feeling that the pictures we saw were somewhat misleading. I’m sure this is a great hotel for some people, but I was affected by the carpeted staircase (stained) and the dusty lamps in the bedroom. The pool was ok but overall the hotel is a little dated. My feelings may have been affected by the simple fact it was soon to be my birthday and I could not have woken up and walked on the carpets. I do have to say, the front desk staff are amazing, great service always willing to assist and totally understood when we said we wanted to leave. We read the previous reviews and was a little surprised, but maybe I’m a touch dramatic!?
