If you want to get away from the rat race of every day life, this is the place for you! Cool off the grid pod, with great views, great food, comfy bed, good shower and not too far from Waikanae and the rest of the coast if want to get out and about. Very relaxing, especially with a good book, a cheese platter and a nice wine. Lots of bird life around, and the pod has everything you need for your stay. Just take your wine!

Incredible place to stay. It’s about a 1/4 mile walk on a path down then up through a valley with a stream (so plan your luggage accordingly) but the stay is well worth the walk. We spent the night looking at the stars and listening to the native wildlife. Very cool concept. Wish we had been able to spend more time there!
