Domicilio Lorenzo

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Domicilio Lorenzo. We booked a Garden View Superior Room with breakfast included and were impressed from start to finish. The property has a charming blend of local character and modern design. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and incredibly photogenic, while the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is large, clean, and perfect for relaxing or even a friendly swimming competition. What stood out most was the service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Matina Town Square with its many cafes, restaurants, and even pickleball courts. One tip: if you’re booking a Grab, you’ll notice two Domicilio Lorenzo pins with the same address. Make sure to select the one near Matina Town Square, as that’s the actual hotel location. A great choice for anyone visiting Davao. I would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Domicilio Lorenzo. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price. We also loved the clean pool area and relaxing garden. My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The water temperature in the shower would change every 20 seconds between lukewarm and hot. If you shower with the regular temperature water, it would be perfectly fine. But I like hot showers. So when I added the heat, suddenly the difference in water pressure. Kept changing the temperature. The rooms were clean and nice. When they served breakfast, you only got one choice. The pool was nice, it was deep enough that you could dive. It would have been nicer if there had been a diving board and a slide. But it was good. The grounds were nice and clean. They cleaned it up every day. I was told there was a barbecue over by the smoking area. But I never did see it. The smoking area was good. But there is a school nearby, so buying cigarettes near the hotel is impossible. The shell gas station across the street makes it very convenient to get any small things you need.

The ambiance is quiet and soothing. The place is maintained well, perfect for resting.

I loved the homey vibe of Domicilio Lorenzo. The rooms are clean and the environment is peaceful. This is the perfect place if you want a quiet and comfortable stay in Davao.

Nice and welcoming stay here. Staff very friendly and helpful,Room was good,shower and toilet good. Nice little garden outside. Nice pool,breakfast was alright. Location is good on a quiet street closr to highway and SM ecoland and busterminal.
