It was a perfect place which is also good located. Really close to both beaches by walking. Specially the service from all the staff is outstanding. All of them are really friendly and good hosts. We felt really welcome. Thank you!
Had a great stay and service provided was top. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Short walk to White Beach and plenty of shops and restaurants next to the hotel.
As many reviews have already highlighted, the service provided by the entire staff was exceptional, probably among the best one can receive in a hotel. This greatly contributed to making the stay particularly enjoyable and memorable. The room and bathroom were excellent, and the location was ideal, close to the city center and the beaches. The rooftop pool was very pleasant and offered a beautiful view. However, a few points could be improved: the television in the room seemed a bit dated, the room didn't have a particularly special view, and the soundproofing could be improved for greater comfort. While the restaurant menu was varied, more vegetarian options would be appreciated. Finally, the breakfast was tasty, but adding fresh fruit and fruit juice to the standard buffet would be a real plus, in addition to the à la carte choices.
I had such a lovely stay at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the entire hotel felt clean and well looked after throughout my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. As a solo traveller, feeling safe and comfortable is really important to me, and this hotel made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The location is also great — close enough to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. One thing I especially appreciated was how helpful they were with arranging my transport, which made travelling around so stress-free and meant I never had to worry about organising anything myself. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for solo travellers looking for a safe, clean, and friendly place to stay in Boracay.
Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, I highly recommend staying there, I have only good impressions
A lovely hotel in a very good location; all the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The hotel does a good job of organizing airport transfers (for a fee). However, we really missed having a water dispenser for refilling, and the small, solid shower soaps and the pool towels (which cost extra) are not up to the standard one would expect in this price range. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was very milky and greenish, and not at all inviting, which was a real shame since it's a key feature of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, but there weren't many vegetarian options.
