Beware of price gouging! The hotel manager repeatedly tried to overcharge us, brought in salespeople to sell us activities that were also much more expensive than elsewhere (boat tour, jet ski, and quad biking), and then doubled the price of our airport transfer on the last day without telling us. He also lied to us about the boat fares to the airport. Do not book any activities or transportation with him; he inflates the prices. It's unacceptable for a hotel of this price and standard to try to rip off its customers on every single price and activity offered.

Excellent hotel. Our room was on the ground floor and had its own terrace. The room was spacious. The bed was huge and super comfortable! The rooftop had a sea view (there were no amenities, we just went up to see it). One minute from Diniwid Beach (which, by the way, was the cleanest on the island). The staff was friendly. You could order breakfast and borrow beach towels. The hotel's dogs really added to the atmosphere (there were three of them during our stay). Cons: the shower drained poorly, and water often spilled all over the floor. From the main street, there's a small path uphill that gets washed out in the rain.

This location is a slum. It doesn't vibe with Boracay's image. It's the only reason I wouldn't stay around the dimwit beach. Maybe for $20/night in a room with sea view and balcony, but not at current prices. Other than that the place is very clean, rooms are very spacious and have windows. The caretaker is very professional, and never wastes your time. Most of the time you can walk by the beach to the white beach and the restaurants, not always, depends on the tide. They have a weird bathroom design though that leads to it always being full of water like a swamp. Should be very easy to fix.

Clean hotel. Quiet. Close to the beach (2 minutes). Excellent cleaning, clean linens, 3 types of towels. Room on the ground floor with a garden view. Access to the terrace with chairs and a table. The staff is 10 out of 10. Cute dogs. For such a small price, this is a great accommodation! I would come back again. 💜🙏🏻
