Room was clean, but basically. No tooth brush, or tooth paster, hot water is really just barely warm in shower, shower is Fiancé rain shower head which means you cant get truly clean. Bed was comfortable and location is great. Oh they provide tiny coffee cups and water kettle but no coffee or tea. They require a qk peso deposit and I got a little salsa on a towel amd they charged me 300 pesos to have to wash a already dirty towel. I come to Manila often and was thinking of using this hotel the many trips I make each year but the towel charge and tickle dime of no coffee or tooth brush I have changed my mind. I will find another hotel in the area that wants to have repeat customers. Too bad they have great potential but operate as a one time never return establishment.

The black molds in the CR are bad, then there are baby cockroaches, then their body wash doesn't foam because it's so diluted 😆. For the price you're paying, it's not worth it. They also don't have slippers and toothbrush. I think you should use it so take note of that. The sound proofing is too bad, you can hear it from the other room.

An ordinary telephone without any complaints, but the staff helped me a lot with literally everything.

Great place if you need to stay near SLEC and the U.S. Embassy. The staff are polite and attentive to my needs, but I suggest making this your last option. Wi‑Fi is only reliable in certain spots of my room. The interior is decent and modern, but the cockroach problem needs to be taken seriously by management, it made my stay uncomfortable and caused me to lose sleep because I worried cockroaches would crawl on me. I even saw a foreign guest leave his room for a while and ask staff to spray for cockroaches.

My wife stayed here for one night to be near the US embassy. The staff were nice enough to upgrade her room to a better room. The lobby was clean and the room itself looked clean. The problem was no signal in the room and sometimes the wifi will stop working. The aircon doesn’t work that well so it still feels hot in the room. There was also a cockroach in the CR. If you are looking to stay one night near the embassy, this could be a good budget friendly option otherwise it’s best to stay somewhere else.
