It’s across the street from the US Embassy and less than 3 miles away from the Mall of Asia.

Air conditioning was the best ever the bed was okay we didn't use the pool or any of their services we ate breakfast it was okay location location for us embassy great

A pleasant place to stay. Very close to the US Embassy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Great value for money and a wonderful place to stay in Manila. Highly recommended!

Booked 5 rooms and stayed last May 15-17, 2026 for my sister’s wedding. They’re forcing their guests to provide 1000Php security deposit per night, per room incase of any minibar consumption (even the minibar in the room is empty) or for any incidentals. I also worked in the 5 star-hotel for 7yrs but we are not forcing the guests to provide a security deposit as this is only optional. Guest must have an option not to provide deposit and marked the room as ‘no post’ meaning any extra consumptions must be settled upfront. In addition, the hotel does not provide any plates or cutleries to its guests, Instead, they provide a disposable plates with spoon and fork which is chargeable for 25Php per piece. Also, if you decide to order from outside (grab, foodpanda, etc) they’ll charge you 50% corkage fee from your total bill. This hotel robs every penny they could from its guests. I suggest everyone to think twice or thrice before you book this property. Definitely not coming back. Many other hotels are available in the same location, so please be wise in choosing.

do not stay in this hotel The Hotel charges for you ordering out and the food is disgusting the chef mangled a hamburger pasta and Filipino food. The Hotel only charges you for ordering out because they're losing money on the chef and that restaurant also there's roaches I will disclose in the photo.

Value for money... Just manage your expectations that this is NOT a 4 or 5 star hotel. Location is strategic, rates are fine. Lots of places to dine, Starbucks on the ground floor and convenience stores a cross the street. Parking is not great but there is valet service
