About this place The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences occupies a sweet spot in the Manila accommodation market ? a design-focused boutique property on the Makati/BGC border that delivers apartment-style space, high-quality interiors, and the kind of flexible, professionally managed service that suits LGBTQ+ travelers who want comfort and privacy without the rigidity of a traditional hotel. The Picasso's location on Kalayaan Avenue near Poblacion is one of its primary strengths: Poblacion is Metro Manila's most vibrant and international nightlife neighbourhood, with a density of craft cocktail bars, restaurants, and late-night venues that has made it the social alternative to both Malate and BGC. Several of Poblacion's bars and venues are openly LGBTQ+-welcoming, and the neighbourhood's bohemian, creative-class character produces an atmosphere that is naturally inclusive. From the Picasso, the BGC gay bars are a five-minute Grab ride and the Malate scene is fifteen minutes. The rooms and suites are apartment-format ? living areas, kitchenettes, and generous proportions that make extended stays genuinely comfortable. The design language is contemporary and confident without being ostentatious. Staff are professional, discreet, and accustomed to the diverse international clientele that the Poblacion location attracts. Booking through the official website or major platforms is straightforward.

I really loved our stay here, and I'm already looking forward to staying here again! What we loved: - We got the Barcelona room, which was clean and spacious! Loved the splash of color in every corner, too. - Affordable rooms! - Amazing breakfast. Options were limited, but the serving was huge. - Great location! Picasso Boutique is close to restaurants and cafe, stores, and a park. It's very walkable around the area, as well. - They have a gym. Limited equipment, but it's enough if you don't want to miss your daily workout. The con: - Limited parking available. But shouldn't be an issue for tourists who are taking taxi/grab around. Will definitely recommend this to our friends who will visit the PH :) Huge thanks to Vanessa who assisted us via email when we inquired.

The rooms are spacious. The showers and other amenities are adequate, but be aware that laundry is usually only available the following evening. Laundry bags and request sheets are not provided daily. The room's air conditioning is extremely cold.
