The perfect choice for a business stay, with the added convenience of a well-equipped kitchenette. They have a really good restaurant The staff are warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, its right next to the business center and within walking distance of several great restaurants, including an Indian restaurant. The weekend markets nearby are lively and enjoyable, and there are plenty of beautiful walking trails and eating spots to explore.

Excellent hotel. Rooms with Kitchenette, really helps. Staff very polite, warm and helpful. Location is excellent, in the heart of action in Makati.

My partner and I stayed at Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences from 6 June to 17 June 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was firm and provided excellent support, allowing us to rest well after a long day. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly and professionally. We would especially like to commend Ms. Erica, who attended to our room concern immediately. She handled the situation efficiently and went above and beyond to ensure that the rest of our stay was comfortable and met the high standards we expected. The location is another major advantage. Situated in the quiet and pleasant Salcedo Village area of Makati, the hotel is surrounded by highly rated restaurants and cafés while remaining peaceful and relaxing. It is also within walking distance of several fitness and workout facilities, making it very convenient for active travelers. I would highly recommend Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences for its outstanding customer service, excellent rooms, and perfect location. We will very likely stay here again on our future trips to the Philippines, and it will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Makati.

Generally have had great experiences here. This last trip I discovered I had lost my usb C wall adapter on my last flight. I have a flight in 6 hours and a dead phone now. I called the front desk and asked if they had lost and found or anything to help. I was told no they didn’t and they couldn’t help. It wasn’t until I got audibly annoyed and concerned they offered some sort of help. Especially given this single night cost north of 11k pesos. I went down stairs and handed them my power bank, they began to charge it while I sat in the lobby. After about 20 mins (it’s past midnight at this point) they offer to let me barrow the charger they somehow produced. I would have gladly paid for someone to buy one and bring it, or anything. The last thing I wanna worry about it’s a dead phone prior to an international flight trip. I paid for the convenience that comes with an expensive hotel, and really didn’t see any of that value this trip.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. What's impression needs to be repeated three times. The rooms are large, clean and fully equipped, with security guard always at the entrance. The location is in safety area, next to 7-Eleven & excellent restaurants. Most importantly, the artistic decor features with many valuable Picasso paintings as the same as the hotel's name, and the operation is very polite, modern, and humane. I sure that i will come back in the next time.
