Hotel Sogo - Tarlac

We stayed at Hotel Sogo in Tarlac for 2 nights and 1 day, and overall it was a great experience. From the moment we entered, the staff and even the security guard greeted us with a bow, which made us feel very welcomed. The place has a spacious area and ample parking, accommodating different types of vehicles. The rooms are elegant, clean, and well-ventilated. The air conditioning works really well, and the bathroom is very relaxing to use. The bidet and shower are high-tech, making it comfortable even if you take a bath multiple times. As we jokingly said, “So kada bengga, ligo. Haha!” One of the best parts of the stay is their food service. The food is delicious and served freshly cooked and still hot when delivered to the room. We especially recommend the lomi and bihon guisado—very satisfying and worth it! Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.

Staffs were kind, accommodating, and very approachable. They even gave me a discount when I asked since we upgraded our room. Location is nice. Walking distance from SM Tarlac City. There were a few small mosquitoes that entered the room during our stay. But the rooms were clean. Breakfast is ok, except for Tocilog. Hehe.

Very Convenient. Just near the Mall and next to the highway. The staff is also accommodating. The food is delicious especially the noodles. I will recommend this to my colleagues

The staff are friendly and accommodating, like Manager Ma'am Corina 👌🏻 easy to talk to and hands on with customers

Whenever we need to have a stop over due to long ride to North, we stay here. The last time that we stayed here is on 2023, the place was clean, the location is so good, it was near the SM and other tourist spots like Kart City and Highland Mini Golf. I hope they improve their internet connection as it was always disconnects and it is slow.

The room is okay and affordable, but the other stuff has terrible customer service.
