I had a pleasant stay at Palm Cabanas Resort. The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere, clean facilities, and a beautiful setting that's perfect for a quick getaway. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.

experience was great. stayed for a night in deluxe cabin and the room was okay. with hitel grade mattress and the aircon worked so well. breakfast is okay too. i think they have 6 pools that are big enough. employees are good too. i liked overall experience and will definitely come back.

Bad: - some of their restrooms need renovation, the shower area is moldy and the cubicles are dirty. - the bottom of their pools is dirty with sand or dry leaves. - the foot dip is also dirty with mold and stagnant water - for the price you are paying it is not that worth it. - long waiting time for food BUT worth it for the taste! - the cottage is expensive since it is based on number of pax - few sinks around the cabanas Good - accommodating and friendly staff - their food and drinks are delicious and affordable! - large pools! (they have four pools ^_^ and all of them are big) - lifeguards are always present! - you can bring outside foods with no corkage fee - appreciate that each cabana has their own designated trash bin Suggestion: - maintain the cleanliness of the restroom and make it more functional by putting hooks inside the cubicle to hang clothes. - clean the pool's floor from time to time - ensure that there is no stagnant water in the foot dip because it is a risk for infection, it would be nice to also put a shower near the entrance of the pool so that everyone can shower before taking a bath. - increase the faucet and sink around the cabanas

NOT WORTH IT, pricey, no blower, huts 1500 each, we rented two, then 300 per peson, we had babies with us, then the baby was sweating, the videoke was 1k, then the mic was broken, the pool was still dirty, the color green, we tried to borrow a fan, then they said there was no vacancy for almost 9k plus? spent NOT WORTH IT, VERY VERY disappointing, I've never given any places a review before, but this resort is so bad, as in, I wasn't happy.
