The hotel staff were very helpful, when I had trouble with a heavy and damaged suitcase, they were willing to accept the storage of my damaged suitcase for 4 days, thank you for helping me and my family so that I could enjoy my holiday happily and happily.
The room was small and clean, but the smell of cigarettes was really strong... I went to the front and saw an empty room next to it, so I went in, and sure enough, the smell of cigarettes was no joke. I opened the window, had a drink, went to a karaoke room, and came back late, but the smell still didn't go away. Please keep that in mind.
The smell in the room was so bad I couldn't stand the headache. I tried to hold on, but it just wouldn't work, so I requested a room change. The answer I got was that it hadn't been a minute or two since I'd checked in, but about 10 minutes had passed, so the room change wasn't possible. They didn't even offer refunds. They asked if this was my first time here. I checked out after 30 minutes.
