SM boutique hotel

The rooms are varied. The floor plan seems unique. It's a comfortable stay.

Here are 10 factual points based on my recent visit: 1. If you don't smoke at all, don't even look at this place. 2. Toothbrushes and toothpaste among the amenities must be purchased separately. However, they are packed with good quality items. 3. The owner is indeed kind. 4. The bathroom feels incredibly open, but it is nice that it is spacious. 5. Some of the computers do not work. However, I was able to charge my device successfully using the computer. 6. The subway and bus station infrastructure is fantastic... Of course, the infrastructure on the opposite side, near the hotel, was better, but that is gone now. 7. Cheil Bank is in the same building, and Woori Bank is in the building next door. 8. The facilities aren't like an actual hotel, so just think of it as having a hotel name. 9. I checked the expiration dates and condition of the water and drinks in the refrigerator, and they were quite good. 10. Unless you are extremely sensitive, there shouldn't be any major issues. Added March 4, 2023 11. The cleaning is a mess... As soon as I entered, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming, and when I looked... cigarettes were just sitting by the window and behind the computer... It seems they don't clean or ventilate.

It's a shabby motel. It's old-school.

Everything is not that great except the location

I like the bathroom

The cleaning is not very clean. There are beer cans hidden in the corners that I don't know who drank them or when, and the air purifier is covered in white dust.
