I booked the Deluxe Double Room because this room type allows check-in as early as 6 PM, while others require check-in after 8 PM. I arrived an hour early, and the front desk said early check-in would cost an extra 400, which I obediently paid. Not wanting to be out in the cold, I took the elevator up. When I stepped out, it was pitch black; I could only vaguely see two doors, one on the left and one on the right. After some trial and error, I finally figured out which was the room door. Entering the room, I wasn't surprised; it was just a standard room. Perhaps only the most expensive Cave Room type would truly impress you! Breakfast is served at McDonald's and KFC, but you can't order both. McDonald's delivers at 7 AM, and KFC at 9 AM. I originally wanted McDonald's, but considering that 7 AM delivery would be too early and the food would be cold by the time I ate it, I ordered KFC, which delivers later. The bed was okay to sleep on. The only downside to the room was the excessive dust. I'm not trying to nitpick, but you can easily find areas with a lot of accumulated dust. When you check in, please see if it's like this. If not, congratulations, it means things have improved. Enough rambling, let's look at the photos and videos. I'm giving it 6 stars, this is the extra one. The online reviews were great. I walked there, but they gave me a room that was a long walk, including a driveway to the basement. It was the innermost room. The auntie spoke with a heavy accent, saying, "Go straight to the end, turn right, basement." I was just confirming which way was which. The auntie said, "That's the right side^^ Go straight, that's the way." You're standing in the wrong direction from mine, how am I supposed to know? Couldn't you even point? If you don't need my finger, you don't have to thank me. In room F10, the ceiling above the bathtub was raised, so steam kept dripping down while I was taking a bath. The TV remote was completely unusable.

I was fooled by the photos on the website, and I don't even want to give it one star. In the middle of the night, someone kept moving the table or making some kind of noise that disturbed my sleep. As dawn approached, I was half asleep and half awake when I smelled a strong smell of gasoline. I checked out at 8 a.m. and didn't want to stay there anymore.

I really don't understand how they got 4 stars. The soundproofing is terrible. One minute someone moves their chair, the next something is making a lot of noise outside. It's really awful. Light sleepers should definitely avoid this place, or you'll end up with insomnia like me. The TV buttons near the bathtub don't work either. I don't know what this place is even doing. If they're going to open a hotel, they really need to improve the soundproofing.

The room is a bit small and the soundproofing is poor.

Unable to book the most famous cave room type, I booked this one instead (Bird Natural Person). The room was average, not particularly large, and the design was rather ordinary. Since the price wasn't very attractive, I'll probably only stay here again if I can book a cave room. The bathroom is open-plan with no door, so shy people should avoid booking the room shown in the photos.

The indoor air is very clean, but it's extremely noisy and loud. It's just so-so.

Arrived earlier to drop off our luggage and try to request for few special theme rooms, but the staff denied our request, and even though we only arrived an hr before, and that there were empty rooms already, the staff asked that we come back after the check in time. The theme of the rooms r nice, sound proofing is ok but we kept hearing weird pipe and mechanical sounds. Also, even though the room is non smoking the air con smelt of cigarettes. The room is clean enough except for dusty corners and vents. However, towels are dated and smelled musky. The staff is disappointingly stubborn when we order breakfast also, insisting that we can only choose either 7 or 9am delivery, even though we said we will go collect at the reception ourselves. The location is in the middle of no where too and the movies on the TV was loading very slowly.

The room looked clean, but there were probably a lot of dust mites. My nose was stuffy and itchy throughout the stay, but it got better as soon as I left the room. The internet was unreliable; movies on TV or YouTube streams frequently buffered.

The rooms are small but exquisite, with a wide selection of snacks. The overall rooms are clean and tidy, making them an excellent choice for business trips. However, they might not be suitable for family vacations.
