I called the front desk to arrange a change of dates. Although I haven't checked in yet, the staff were incredibly helpful! I'm really looking forward to checking in!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beautiful, the sofa was comfortable, and the bathtub was large with a small table next to it for your belongings. 👍🏻 The price is a bit high, so I recommend going back to the hotel early to rest and relax. The TV was huge, and the picture quality was amazing. I was slightly disappointed that the reviews said the amenities were Byredo, but they weren't. I'm not sure if it's because of the room type or if they've switched brands. I'm noting this for other people considering Byredo. But it didn't affect the overall experience at all. The soundproofing could be improved, but honestly, most hotels are like this. The soundproofing between rooms was okay, but if someone was opening or closing doors or doing things in the hallway, you could hear them quite clearly. My travel companion was woken up in the middle of the night, and I was woken up in the morning, which was a bit of a shame. Parking might be a bit inconvenient, but if there are extra parking spaces available, the hotel will try their best to reserve one for you! The staff were very attentive to small notes and requests, making for a great overall experience. 🌸🌸🌸🫶🏻 Other additions: 1. The toilet paper was conveniently placed; almost anywhere you requested toilet paper, there was! 2. The sinks tend to accumulate water easily, so be careful not to get your clothes wet when leaning against them. 3. The water dispenser has an automatic water level setting, which is great; you can press a button and then come back to drink later. 4. They provided a complimentary drip coffee bag, which is wonderful since I enjoy coffee. 5. The lighting wasn't very good; it was quite bright in the morning, which woke me up, but I was able to sleep until 11:30 before checking out, so I got a good night's rest. ٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و
The atmosphere and warm service created a relaxing experience for weary travelers. The staff were all very experienced, quickly understanding customer needs and responding promptly. Thanks to Maggie and the booking staff for their excellent service, which gave me the opportunity to come back and enjoy a relaxing massage chair experience again. Thank you 😊
The room is clean, but it feels claustrophobic because it has no windows. You can sometimes hear noises from the floor above and conversations from other rooms on the same floor. P.S. There are no windows directly connected to the room. Are you referring to the window across from the toilet? Users perceive anything that allows a direct view outside as a window.
Overall, the stay was amazing! A must-stay at Manhe Hotel when visiting Taichung! The room was very comfortable, and the bed was great. I already love it so much that I want to buy this bed for my new home! 🥰🥰🥰
