The hotel is clean and our room was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed. The staff was nice and there’s a common area if you want to have some dinner or just chill. The street seems a bit sketch and the entrance is a bit tricky to find (you have to go into a type of gallery first), but everything was fine in the end.
The environment is great, with separate backpacker rooms for men and women. Booking online is very cheap.
I stayed in the female dorm room and I was the only one there for two days! it was a very nice and quiet stay with great views of the city. clean rooms and bathrooms. No complaints!
I stayed in the girls' dormitory for three nights. I booked a bed in a dormitory, but I was assigned a bunk bed in the middle! At the time, I thought maybe someone else had already booked it, so it didn't matter! The next morning, I asked for help moving to the bunk bed, but the morning shift staff didn't verify my information and told me there were no beds available! (But I was alone in a six-person room that night!) In the afternoon, I asked the afternoon shift receptionist (she was more friendly), and after verifying my information, she agreed to let me change beds for the third day, but on the condition that I move my luggage out of the room and check out first, and then wait until 3 pm to check back! I said I wouldn't be back until the afternoon and asked if I could leave my luggage in the room, but they refused! This hotel has too many rigid rules, and the morning shift receptionist's attitude was also terrible! I will never come to this hotel again! The room was filled with a foul smell, like rat poison.
The room was clean, the front desk staff were very friendly and patient, and they proactively guided us to the parking lot. There was also complimentary sparkling water and snacks. The environment was quiet, and the 9th floor had access control, so we felt safe. Plus, there was a night market downstairs, which was fantastic!
The room is quite spacious with a city view, and the bathroom is also large. There's a night market and food stalls nearby, which is very convenient. You need a room key to enter the 9th floor; the security is well-designed. It's just a pity that parking is inconvenient.
