This season's menu featured Brittany dishes, each one thoughtfully prepared. Each person explained in detail, highlighting the different flavors, ingredients, and sauces, allowing even someone like me, who isn't a big foodie, to fully appreciate the culinary ingenuity. Even better were the paired drinks – neither wine nor tea, yet each perfectly complemented the meal. A wonderful dining experience. As a birthday meal, it made my birthday very happy; thank you!

First and foremost: Absolutely a thumbs up! Without a thumbs up, where would a thumbs up come from? The food was incredibly delicious, and the menu descriptions were meticulously crafted. The servers explained everything in great detail, highlighting many important aspects that made the "enjoyment" experience even more complete. Eating there felt like a trip to Brittany: the autumn menu featured a variety of seafood including scallops, abalone, and blue lobster; incredibly tender lamb chops with wine-soaked black cherries; local specialties like buckwheat crepes and Oman rolls—each dish was incredibly memorable, with rich and layered flavors and textures. It was truly like experiencing the Paris Olympics in your mouth! The cream cheese was so delicious I'm grateful to be born; I want to go there and drink freshly squeezed milk right now! I absolutely have to visit a hundred times; everyone in Taiwan should try it! Words can't compare to experiencing it for yourself. A million thumbs up! Without a million thumbs up, where would a million thumbs up come from?

The lunch set meal is definitely worth it. The portions aren't huge, but it's rare to find a place that achieves such perfect balance between light seasoning and highlighting the flavors of each dish. It deserves five stars. It's suitable for female friends with smaller appetites who want to try a variety of delicious foods.

A dining experience that didn't require excessive embellishment, yet was unforgettable. I loved the use of flowers in the dishes; they weren't just visual embellishments, but the aromas of the flowers themselves resonated with the flavors of the dishes, creating a multi-layered taste experience where every element had its purpose! I also highly recommend the Mocktail Pairing! The pine nut flavor was somewhere between an alcoholic beverage and tea, a very unique taste. The combination of corn silk tea with caramelized butter and blue lobster was truly memorable. Overall, it wasn't just my taste buds that were satisfied, but my soul was also nourished 💕💕 Thank you to all the staff!
