via Stay22About this place The Expresso
The Expresso, at 12 Silom Road, is a useful spot in Bangkok’s gay district. It’s right across from DJ Station—good for a quick drink before you head over, or for a breather if you need one. On Silom Soi 2, you get a front-row seat to the street life, which is half the fun here.
Most nights, it’s laid back, a place to talk or just watch the crowds. But weekends are different. The furniture disappears, the DJs come out, and the place turns into its own dance party. It’s a good starting point for a night out in Silom, whether you know the scene or not.
What you get at The Expresso is pretty straightforward: a social space with decent energy in the middle of Silom’s gay nightlife. Stay for one drink or stay for hours; it works either way.

Delicious food, good service, and a relaxing atmosphere.
The food was delicious and plentiful, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. 😍😍😍
The restaurant is beautiful and luxurious, with normal prices. The Thai food is surprisingly flavorful and spicy. The Western food is decent. There's live music around 7 PM. The second floor is suitable for parties.
A little disappointed overall as we were looking for somewhere in Chatuchak for some nice drinks and food. The food was very nice, but they had no white wine which was a bit disappointing. The bar is very nice to look at and the band playing were fine- the bar was very quiet though, as we have found with other bars in the area. It was a quite expensive, I paid 390 baht for a glass of red wine.
Good service, delicious food. It's not far from MRT Lat Phrao Station, Exit 2.
The food was decent, the prices were reasonable, the restaurant was beautiful with a nice atmosphere, and there was parking available. It's located right on Ladprao Road. They also had live music, probably in the evening. I didn't stay long enough.
