So dirty. I came in and I left. Frankly I don't understand the positive reviews about this place or you are gros or I don't get it. I remember the good days of Babylon in Bangkok, shame they sold the venue. Never again. I love myself way too much to be there, stepping barefood inbthat place, i saw many people barefoot,no way,.i could not be barefoot also the toilets felt really dirty. Then no no no, i will not recommend It.

Honestly, the staff attitude is unacceptable. No smiles, no basic courtesy, and the way some of them speak feels rude and unprofessional, as if they’re annoyed to deal with customers. We are paying to be here and choosing to come no one is forcing anyone to work or serve us. The service makes you feel like they’re doing you a favor instead of doing their job. This really needs to be fixed, because it completely ruins the experience.

I had several enjoyable moments at Krub, it's true there aren't many non-Asian tourists, but compared to other saunas I think it's the best.

Not really worth the visit.

Okay, make a huge effort and forget about the lush Babylon sauna for a moment: Krub is something else entirely, but perfect in its own right. It's a good sauna, well-designed, and attracts a young clientele, local and otherwise, with little desire to pose and a strong desire to have fun. Thank goodness! If I have one criticism, they should improve the shower temperature and the sauna and steam room hours, which are sometimes turned off. Good management, friendly, and fun.

Great sauna, muscled fit guys a lot between 20-40. Love to come here, good vibes. Need more light in rooms, but for the rest it’s great.

Very good sauna. I've been to saunas all over the world, from the Dominican Republic to England, Germany, and Spain, and I have to say this is a very good sauna, although with many aspects that could be improved. For example... They should provide footwear. I saw a customer cut his foot, and it wasn't a pleasant situation for either the customer or those of us who were there to see everything covered in blood. The staff in general isn't friendly, I don't know why. They should encourage friendliness, especially with tourists who are a bit disoriented. I didn't understand the towel situation; the large and small towels had different prices, or I don't know, I didn't get it. Dress code? They don't give any instructions. Don't they offer condoms? Is there no massage service? They should add a few more showers on the other floors, not just upstairs and downstairs. And hot water in the downstairs shower, which only came out cold the day I went. Overall, the cleanliness was very good; you always see someone cleaning. Despite everything, I repeat, I think it's a very good sauna and spa, and it almost deserves 5 stars. I hope they improve some of the aspects I mentioned. I'll definitely be back soon.

I visited this place three times over the past 2 weeks , and unfortunately each visit was more disappointing than the last. Prices are noticeably inflated and seem to be justified by offering low-cost mixed juices, sweets for children, and promotional vouchers. However, the vouchers come with so many conditions that they are practically unusable, which ultimately leaves a rather bitter impression. In addition, the live activities and entertainment appear to be designed primarily for the Asian market, by Asians and for Asians, which made me feel marginalised as a foreign visitor. Sadly, I will not be returning and ended up discarding the unused vouchers. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

The facilities are new, and the swimming pool and hot springs are a plus. It attracts handsome men from all over the world and is extremely popular during peak hours. However, the air conditioning is a bit weak, there is no rest area for mobile phones, and there is an occasional smell of urine, so cleaning needs to be strengthened.
