The M5 Residence Hotel
Visitors frequently praise the M5 Residence Hotel's spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff, noting its convenience for events at Impact Arena and the availability of a shuttle service. However, a common complaint is the significant noise from both outside and adjacent rooms, which can disrupt sleep, and some guests were disappointed that breakfast was not included as advertised.

Excellent service. The staff are lovely and attentive. The rooms are clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.
I stayed here for the experience. To begin with, it's a modern hotel, but the rooms are geared towards Thai locals and might be confusing for foreigners. (The toilet and shower aren't separate, so after showering, the floor and toilet are completely soaked, and there are lots of ants in the room.) There's a free shuttle bus, but it's always fully booked at the times I want to use it. It has a capacity of 12 people, so it's impossible if you're in a group. The water pressure is fine. The rooms are spacious, and there's running water. Amenities include a small bar of soap, shower gel, and shampoo. There are no toothbrushes. There's no iron either. The staff are all friendly, but inflexible. It might be okay for a one-night stay.
Whenever I go to concerts held in the Muang Thong area, The M5 has become my regular accommodation. They provide a shuttle service to the event venue, the rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly and lovely. 🫰🏻💙
