Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh

I had a wonderful stay at Bay Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly lovely, welcoming, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight Aiden and Ethan for their kindness, professionalism, and support. During my stay, there was an incident where I felt uncomfortable, and they handled the situation with so much care and understanding. They listened to my concerns, reassured me, and took immediate steps to ensure I felt safe and comfortable. Their response truly showed how much they care about their guests. I really appreciated their compassion and the way they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to the whole team at Bay Hotel for making my stay a positive experience. I would happily recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel overall offers a good stay but if you are an indian and in a group then the hotel is okay if not the staff is very helpful but the manager at the hotel is a bit rude/racist to Indian crowd. You will be judged on how you eat and where you sit . The hotel has a locker system for luggage but the moment we took it and said we are awaiting cabs he wanted to keep the luggage outside while there was literally no person waiting for check in ! The rates for the airport drop were informed by the hotel staff but then the manager looked at us and then said no the taxis are metered and ull have to-pay excess for airport way above the rates quoted. So small small incidents but enough to spoil the stay

Excellent Hotel, staff very accommodating & centrally located to everything.

The receptionist was dishonest and deceived the customer. When asked about the cheapest room, seeing that the customer needed it urgently, they said only the most expensive room, at 4 million VND, was available. On Agoda, there were a bunch of rooms for only 1.3-1.6 million VND.
