The rooms, bathrooms, toilets, and especially the kitchen were often dirty. The staff is incompetent and unwilling to make much effort. The place is very noisy because of the road and trams just in front, and they accept just about anyone, like a guy who had drunk a lot and bothered everyone in my room at midnight, and especially a homeless man with dirty clothes, socks covered in grime, and who smelled awful, which is perfect for everyone to get sick. In short, sleeping on the street is free and almost better than this place.

Below zero. I have been trying to change the date via Booking and the hotel for 3 weeks already. No answer.

New building, dormitory feel, few elevators, room was clean. It was fine for one night.

Upon arrival, the room was uncleaned and dirty. There was no staff available to clean it. The elevator to the rooms was filthy, walls and all. The location is terrible, and the surrounding area is awful. However, there is a tram stop very close by. The receptionist was friendly.

When we "got back" at night, there was suddenly a strange guy in one of the beds... Changing rooms was no problem, but... that was unacceptable. Cleanliness was terrible... breakfast was awful too. The hotel itself wasn't exactly clean either. Oh, and the hotel parking lot was a mud pit for €15, not great either. In short: If you don't mind a less-than-clean environment, don't care about breakfast, and enjoy being around strangers, then this place might be perfect for you.

We were just passing through as a family. The rooms were noisy and very sparsely furnished, as was the breakfast, but it was cheap and clean! It was perfectly adequate for that 👍🏻 The staff was also very friendly. Parking must be reserved in advance for €15/night.

Everything great

No storage space. Otherwise the room is okay.
