Aiola Living Hotel

Basically a nice hotel, friendly staff, but it's important to know: on Saturdays the hotel bar turns into a club!! Aside from the fact that we always enjoy having a relaxing drink at the hotel bar in the evening – impossible, as it was completely packed with young people – we had constant thumping music all night long!! The bass was so loud that even earplugs didn't help! The next day, all we got was a "Well, the weather was nice," nothing more, no apology... They really need to decide whether they want to be a hotel or a club, or at least inform guests beforehand that they won't be able to sleep that night... Even the guests at the next table couldn't sleep at breakfast... Unfortunately, this is a reason not to come back. What a shame.

A very stylish hotel in the heart of Graz

The Living Bar fits...

We visit Graz quite often and this was our first stay at Aiola Living. It's a fantastic hotel, right in the heart of the city. We received a friendly welcome, enjoyed a good breakfast buffet, and had a great bar! The minor issue with the "forgotten room cleaning" was also resolved in a customer-friendly manner – we had forgotten a cable, and it was promptly delivered to our home free of charge. We would gladly return.

Very good hotel with a great price to value ratio. Friendly service and a huge bar with DJ on Saturday. Location is in the inner city next to hauptmarkt and the casino. Quite rooms.

Top hotel! The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and welcoming. A criticism I raised during a previous stay was addressed expertly (which is very rare these days!). Reception, breakfast, and the restaurant were all excellent in every respect; requests were accommodated without immediately charging extra! Breakfast was more than ample and of high quality. 10 out of 10 on Booking.com. Please keep up the great work! Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning.

I can't refute most of the negative comments (dark room, bathroom of questionable cleanliness, dirty spoon etc.). All I can add to this is that there was a pervasive smell of mold in our room. For the sake of fairness, I'll add that the staff was absolutely polite to us.

Everything was perfect and beautiful, except for the extremely dim lighting in the hallways and the room.
