What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the Berglandhotel for its very clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and excellent location, being a short and quiet walk to the city center. However, some guests found the air conditioning to be noisy, and the breakfast, while vegetarian and delicious, was considered a bit expensive by some.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s reasonably priced and in a very good location. Don’t let the exterior fool you… inside is wonderful. But what really sets this place apart is the fantastic service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I broke a piece of my eye glasses and they researched places and found a one just down the road who was able to repair them. As a guest, they also give you a free public transit pass, which was a great unexpected surprise.

The hotel owner was very friendly, and there was a booklet in the room introducing the hotel's history, nearby shops, etc.
