An absolute delight for the mouth and the eyes ✨ We spent a wonderful evening. The people were amazing, thank you. And what to say about the food… It was wonderful, and so beautifully served. Thank you for the experience.

Overall a great experience, highly recommended. Quality and creativity to the top. Excellent service, too. Apron excels in miniaturising with amazing precision. Yet, being or not Michelin, one or three stars, one expects the menu to have a highlight, a main course. We did have that in the past, but this time the main course was another miniature, or let’s say it did not impress as the main course despite being excellent. Honestly, you expect to spend some extra time for that one, but did not happen. Moreover, the menu claims presa Iberica OR lamb. Reading “OR” you should be able to choose, to be asked what do you want. However, we got presa Iberica (tasty!), no option. When asking the service, actually the sommelier, the answer was that the Chef decided. Hmmm… not a good answer in my opinion. And if the chef will decide, they should let you know. And once again stressing that the dinner was excellent, the final dessert was disappointing. Honestly, the mixture of strawberries and tomato sorbet does not work. We were four at the table and we all crossed our eyes. It will remain as a funny blunder, in chess words. Please, fix that. A Michelin restaurant aims for perfection; here some modest suggestions.

An absolutely outstanding experience! The combination of first-class service and excellent cuisine completely delighted us. You can immediately tell that great attention to detail goes into everything here. The ambiance is modern yet very cozy. We will definitely be back!

Apron, Vienna, Austria. One of Vienna’s fine dining experiences. The menu offers a modern, creative approach to Austrian cuisine, with beautifully presented tasting menus that focus on seasonal ingredients. The open kitchen adds energy to the room. Service is professional without becoming overly formal. Some dishes are memorable although some may find the experience more focused on technique and presentation than flavours. Me and my husband are having 10th wedding anniversary here. The food was amazing! Beyond our expectation.. The service was superb, not too long on waiting or too fast either.. i wish the seating plan or the restaurant interior would be wider or spacey.. but overall, love it and will come back again for sure! Blessings from Indonesia!
