Good day, I'm sorry I have to write this. But I must tell you I'm disappointed with my visit. I came for Eurovision and visited this sauna. I was there on Tuesday at midday, and there were many customers, but unfortunately, many of them were older men. There were two young men, I think in their mid-30s, and one of them kept following me and immediately took me into a cabin, which was fine. But then he said he was Kurdish and wanted to have sex with me, and that I should give him €50 first. He was about 170 cm tall, a bit dark, muscular, and disrespectful. When I said no, certainly not, we're not in a brothel, he left and warned the other, thin man. After that, I was scared and went to take a shower. I then caught the waiter outside, the man with piercings and tattoos, and I told him what had happened and said he either did something or I would call the police. He said so calmly, "Yes, it's possible that prostitutes might come and demand extra money." Hello???? 😡😡😡😡 I hope you do something about this, otherwise I'll send the pictures to the police to file a report. Thank you so much.

This place has no justification for existence. I’ve been to many saunas around the world, this is the first time I see a sauna with no jacoozy/hot tub/pool. It literally has 2 facilities: dry and wet sauna. Each one is a room so small, about 6-9 sqm. That’s it. No dark rooms, no maze, nothing special at all. It is very clean and actually smells good, but the whole place is so small. I went there Friday night - the maximum amount of people inside was maybe 20. Very old audience, men around 45-65 years old. And all this for an outrageous price of 19 euros. Do yourself a favor - SKIP!

Hello, I was at the Römer Sauna today, Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, from 11:00 AM onwards. Someone had accidentally taken my towel, and after showering in the steam room, I was left without a towel. I went to reception and received a new one without any problems or extra charge, and I'm very grateful for that. I really have nothing negative to say about the staff; they are always incredibly friendly, both when you arrive and when you leave.
