Citybox Antwerp

Choose the hotel for its central location and its low price. Overall, I got what I asked for.

Cheap, but still not worth the price. The bathroom was dirty with hair of the previous guests in the shower, towels were missing, and there was lots of noise of other hotel guests after midnight. People sat in the court yard drinking until 1am and the floor/ceiling between rooms is badly isolated as it always sounded like a huge waterfall when the people in the room above me showered or flushed the toilet. Unfortunately they used the toilet and shower extensively between midnight and 2:30 am. Also the water tube bringing water to the rain shower was loose, resulting in the water spraying out of the tube and (almost) not out of the rain shower. Worst hotel experience in Antwerp so far!

Great hotel! Lovely bed! The only thing was that the shower water pressure was low. Central location. Had to get used to the digital check-in and check-out, but it was clear and fast.

This hotel is almost entirely digital; there's no front desk. You check in using a self-service machine. The rooms are spacious and clean, but there's a slight odor in the shower and toilet area. The location is convenient and quiet.

Clean rooms with a lovely view if you book a room with a balcony. Hotel well located in Antwerp. Pets allowed.

Top hotel, everything here is super: clean, well located, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great price, etc., etc.!

Super hotel! Great location, clean room, lovely beds! The shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but that's the only thing I can mention.

Everything was disappointing.

This is a modern self-service hotel. Self check-in, self check out. The rooms are spare and the TV panel, like most mid-market EU hotels has limited viewing, unless your connect your device. The restaurant at the front of the hotel has a "student" menu, basic and trying to be cheaper than the restaurants nearby. The location is about 10-15 min walk from the Antwerp train station. There is a lively main road nearby.

Fantastic room, lovely beds, good bathroom, very satisfied!
