Super good hotel, it just lacks a swimming pool.

Prime location for me, right across from the pool for the competition, but that's where the positives end... 4* 🙄🤔 The room and furniture are outdated, a bathtub 😱 in 2026, the paint and furniture need updating, renovations are underway OK, but the hammer, pickaxe, and drill were going non-stop on Friday and Saturday, which wasn't ideal for the athlete's recovery naps before the finals. The air conditioning was non-existent; I reported the problem and they treated me like an idiot, saying I didn't know how to use the control panel, which looks like it's from the 50s: auto off, speed 1, 2, 3. It was over 25 degrees Celsius in the room day and night, a nightmare, no ventilation possible, and they charged me extra for arriving 45 minutes early... I booked a room with twin beds, but I received a room with a double bed. 2 nights for €320 😱 The bartender was very pleasant and professional, and the bar was clean and well-maintained 👌 The reception staff were impeccable and attentive.

We stayed at the hotel for four days. The reception and cleanliness were fine, but there was no blanket for the sofa bed. Considering the price, it would be a nice touch to have that in mind. However, the noise from the construction work was awful. It's understandable that renovations are necessary, but it completely ruined any chance of getting a good night's sleep. Especially since we weren't informed about it upon arrival.

A mixed experience. The hotel is in dire need of renovation: the rooms are outdated, the furniture shows its age, and the whole place is clearly neglected. The bathrooms are in the same state, with a general feeling of antiquity that doesn't meet modern standards. Another major drawback: the noise from the construction work, which wakes you up in the morning. You come to a hotel to relax, not to have your head assaulted by noise first thing in the morning. No information about this was provided at the time of booking, which is unacceptable. In addition, the sauna was out of order. Yet, it's one of the amenities highlighted in the marketing photos. If the facility is no longer functional, it absolutely must be removed from the advertising: displaying an unavailable service constitutes false advertising and is bound to disappoint guests who chose the hotel partly for this reason. Breakfast is also disappointing: limited selection, mediocre quality products, and sloppy presentation. At this level of service, one would expect at least a decent buffet to start the day properly—especially after a short night's sleep. The only real positive is the staff, who are welcoming, smiling, and helpful. Their kindness and professionalism deserve to be highlighted—they are clearly doing their best despite the circumstances. As it stands, I do not recommend this establishment, unless it undergoes renovations, the sauna is reopened, and the breakfast service is significantly improved. It's a shame, because with such a friendly team, the potential is there.

Great service. Great attitude. Highly satisfied. Big room. Good choise where to stay. Only car parking was outside hotel teritory. Like 10min walk but for free

Stayed for several days, was just good... very friendly people, only the air conditioning in the room didn't work but this was fixed quickly.

Hello, I am a tour guide. Almost every month of the year, I bring groups from my country to Europe and guide them throughout their trips. I had stayed at this hotel before, and because of our previous satisfaction, we chose to stay here again. This time, however, we had the pleasure of meeting a truly wonderful person. Mr. Ali, who works at the reception, was always there to help me and my group whenever we needed anything. Because of this, he became much more than just a receptionist—he felt like a good friend to us. In addition to the pleasant time we spent at the hotel, I am especially happy to have met such an amazing person like Mr. Ali. As Mustafa Kemal Atatürk once said, “The one who loves their homeland the most is the one who performs their duty in the best way.
