You can't close the sliding bathroom doors properly and some rooms are extremely small

I would like to express my compliments to Kyra, Eric, Thirza, and José; they form an excellent team. I was called in due to a leak and was guided very professionally upon arrival to find my way around the building. Even though the hotel was fully booked, I was given plenty of space to carry out my work accurately. In addition, communication with both the owner and the person in charge went flawlessly. An absolutely top-notch team!

Beautiful and clean, close to everything, and 2 hours of free aperitif, which I haven't experienced in hotels before.

We stayed at Banks for two nights and were very satisfied. The service was very friendly and competent. Upon arrival at 11:30 a.m., our room was immediately available (at no extra charge), which is truly rare. The detailed explanation of the parking situation beforehand made it very easy for us to find our way around. Our room was very clean, and we really liked the decor. The location is absolutely fantastic! Everything is within easy walking distance. The only downside would be the very soft or worn-out mattress. We'll be back.

🌟 Perfectly Located Oasis with Bubbles, French Air, and an Unplanned Workout If you want to stay so central in Antwerp that you practically roll out of bed and into the nearest boutique or restaurant, BANKS is the place. The location is an absolute 10/10! Here is our honest (and highly subjective) verdict after staying in their largest room, the Junior Suite: The Highlights (that brought pure hotel joy): World-class housekeeping: The cleaning crew does an excellent job. On day two, our trash was emptied and we got fresh towels. Absolutely perfect. French charm times four: The room featured four French balcony doors that open wide. Fantastic ventilation, and perfect for people-watching. Tech-friendly: Huge thanks to whoever positioned the TV so you can actually plug in an HDMI cable from your laptop without having to dismantle the wall. Movie night was saved! The bed: A true King Size. It’s on the softer side of the scale—so you'll sink right in if that’s your style. Free bubbles! Between 5 PM and 7 PM, the hotel serves complimentary Cava. A fantastic concept that we highly appreciated. The Logistics (that required a bit of effort): The Saturday rush: Arriving on a Saturday afternoon means Antwerp is bustling. The nearest available parking garage was Grote Markt, which turned into an unplanned 10-minute strength session as we hauled our luggage through town. We made it to check-in at 3 PM by the skin of our teeth—which worked out perfectly. The great beer mystery: While the Cava flows freely for two hours, you have to pay for your own beer. In Belgium?! That feels a bit like "sinning in church" in this beer paradise, but we survived. The breakfast: It was perfectly okay, but nothing special. We hadn’t realized it wasn't included when we booked. Had we known, we definitely would have explored one of the many cozy breakfast cafés right around the corner. Verdict: All in all, a wonderful stay. If you want shopping, great restaurants, short walking distances to everything, and a side of free bubbles, BANKS is a winner!
