During my stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Antwerp City Centre, I had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, making you feel comfortable immediately. Service and hospitality are clearly a top priority here. The location is perfect: close to the Central Station and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the main attractions. Whether you are visiting for a city trip or a business trip, everything is within reach. A great deal of attention is also paid to cleanliness and comfort, ensuring you have nothing to worry about and can truly enjoy your stay. This is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and central place to stay in Antwerp.

Stayed at the Park Inn (room 29 from March 5th to 8th), but check-in was at the Radisson! The hotel is nice, well located next to the train station, and the rooms are decent (the windows could use cleaning!). However, the check-in process was very unpleasant. In Belgium, and especially in tourism, knowing a few words of French is essential! At the Radisson reception, no one spoke French, and the receptionist who greeted us spoke so softly that we couldn't understand anything she said! Therefore, we didn't have breakfast because we never found out the price! The reception needs improvement!

A very bad customer experience. I booked a junior suite for two nights, which wasn't cheap, and I requested a view of the train station twice by email, as the rooms at the back are in the shade and face a wall. My two emails went unanswered, and I called a few days before my arrival to inquire. I was told it depended on availability, but when I arrived at check-in, there was no record of my request. Of course, I ended up with the worst suite. At reception, they argued that I had a junior suite, which is what I had requested, and I received no compensation. They told me my neighbors in the suite were VIPs. I asked my New York neighbors in the suite, and they told me they weren't VIPs and hadn't requested the suite with the train station view because they didn't use the terrace. The state of the terrace I had left much to be desired, with an ashtray full of cigarettes that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and weeds growing on it. There's no longer a reception at the hotel either, and breakfast has to be taken at the Radisson, requiring you to leave the hotel. There are other hotels near the train station where you'll receive a much warmer welcome. As a loyal Radisson and Park Inn guest (this was my fifth visit) and a premium member, I will not be returning.

The location is good, but without air conditioning or windows that can be opened, it's a nightmare. Even the provided fan is useless because no cool air comes in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

good day to everyone. I want to share my impressions of my stay at the Park Inn Radisson Antwerp City Centr hotel. There are only two advantages: the location (one minute from the train station) and a great breakfast (which was at the nearby Park Blue Hotel). The Park Inn is a very old hotel and the impression of it is very unpleasant. The room is very small, the furniture is all very old and worn; the walls, which were once white, are now yellow and very dirty (you can see that no one washes them); the curtains on the windows are dark gray from dirt and dust, but they were once white; the bathroom has very poor lighting (it is impossible to make up or shave), the tiles on the walls and floor are very old and cracked, and there is mold in the corners.... I don't think it costs a hundred euros per day for one person!

We booked a Junior Suite at Park Inn for our anniversary weekend. The room was advertised as having a bathtub, and we specifically filtered for a room with a bathtub. The booking system directed us to the Junior Suite with terrace. For a 3-star hotel, €160 per night without breakfast is not cheap. We have stayed with the Radisson Blu group many times before without issues, and we are always careful when making our bookings. At check-in, we were not informed that the room was only accessible via stairs, despite the fact that the staff had already seen us earlier with a buggy. This information would have been important for us. When we entered the room, it was completely different from what was described on both Booking.com and the hotel’s own website. The room did not match the advertised features. In addition, there was a visible stain from a dead mosquito on the wall, and when we turned on the TV, it displayed a “no connection” message. Within a few minutes of entering the room, we decided to check out. We did not use the room at all. No refund was offered, which we accepted. However, the city tax was also not refunded for a room we did not use, which felt unfair. We then moved to Hilton Antwerp Old Town, where we had a much better experience. Although it was more expensive, it was absolutely worth the price. The room was significantly larger, the amenities and facilities were excellent, dinner was included to celebrate our anniversary, breakfast was included, and we had access to the executive lounge. The contrast in quality and service was very clear. I am not someone who complains easily, and this is the first time I have ever left a 1-star review. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and felt misleading.
