There are not staff during weekend. I couldn't sleep because there was a group of people shouting in the common area at night like if they were at their home. No staff to order them to stop bothering people. They don't clean the room if you don't stay for five days or more.

Update: more than 24 hours into our stay and the property still hasn't provided basic amenities. I haven't received a single callback, even though the last phone agent escalated this to an "emergency". And it seems minor comparatively, but the laundry machines don't work either. Absolute dump. Arrived to find the room lacking basic amenities. Called the service desk and was promised a callback in 5-10 minutes. None ever came. Called back about an hour later and was hung up on. Called back and was hung up on again. Seems they don't care about providing basic amenities. Absolutely avoid.

The apartments are carpeted, old, and have no air conditioning. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. During our four-day stay, the fire alarm went off twice, and the fire department came once. When I asked at reception the next day what had happened, they told me someone had called 911 and they were just having a laugh... I guess something wasn't right. The other time, the technician who lives there simply turned off the alarm. The good thing is the location and the free water fountains, and the staff is friendly. It's not quiet, you can hear everything! And they don't clean daily; no one came in four days. At check-in, you have to leave a €150 deposit for possible damages... I won't be back.

The hotel was terrible, dirty, smelled bad, and the beds were uncomfortable and dirty.

If you can avoid do so! The neighborhood is a good one, close to everything and well communicated. There are other better options near by. The building is old and not a penny has been invested to it since 1970 perhaps, sheets are a disaster, carpet and curtains have no words. That doesn’t show in the photos probably taken back then. The staff is nice but I can’t believe that right on high season the staff is on vacation for the restaurant and they don’t work on weekends because it’s too tiring perhaps… the laziest people I have ever seen, but I guess it’s a reflection of their sad society! Even when they are present or have a phone number they are absolutely impossibilities to help or try or give a hand! Satay away from this place for a few extra buck there is way better!!

My room was filthy. Hair under the blanket, dust everywhere , mold and hair on the bathroom curtain, even a huge spider web behind the door. When I tried to talk to them about it they send me the cleaning ladies that tried to convince me I was crazy and spoke bad about me in their language while they were looking me ironically. I spoke to the manager who came to the room with the cleaning ladies again so I can point out where the dirt was so they can clean it. I really think the word “clean” means different things to us. Do not go there!

Based on the reviews I've read, I will never stay at this hotel.

Pleasant and quiet aparthotel, very well connected by bus and metro. You'll be downtown in 10 minutes. Perhaps the furniture needs some maintenance. Breakfast is expensive. They don't speak Spanish at reception.

I stayed at the hotel 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the refund of the guarantee deposit for an amount of euro 150. My reminder emails are not being replyed. How would you rate this?

There were feces on top of the toilet seat which kind of ruined my afternoon
