One of the worst experiences of my life. If you're looking for sleepless nights and potential headaches, this is definitely the right place. From the day we arrived, the alarm has been going off by itself; after a few times, we were told it was a new system and that it would be fixed. Furthermore, the curtains in the rooms are terrible, and the room is bright, even at night. There is no air conditioning. The options are: sleep with the window open or die of heat. You can't sleep in either of those. Regarding the alarm, the company even tried to charge us a fine (250 euros) because the alarm was going off by itself. It's simply absurd. One of the worst experiences of my life. I would AVOID it at all costs!!!

Beautiful, clean, well-organized hotel with a fantastic location. Two stops at the exit to reach the center or the tram that takes you to the Anatonium, next to the European Quarter where the buildings we often see on TV are located.

The hotel was filthy (numerous stains on the carpet and bathroom tiles, broken parquet flooring in the kitchenette, stained walls, we found potato chips on the floor, dirty windows) and outdated (curtains too small and not blackout, a bent or broken lamp, faulty electrical outlets, damaged furniture). The bedding was deplorable, too soft and only 140cm wide; we booked for four, but the sofa bed had a single duvet. It was stiflingly hot, and the air conditioning didn't work; we had to open the windows to lower the temperature, along with the street noise. The windows were difficult to open. There was no staff, so if you had a problem, you were on your own. There was a parking issue: no parking card was provided at check-in. Avoid at all costs!!! Due to a technical problem at a new hotel in the same chain, we were offered this hotel at the same price with an upgrade, but we didn't receive any upgrade, and the hotel was nothing like the one we had originally chosen.
