First Euroflat Hotel

Prime location, absolutely amazing staff, and a very good breakfast. Rooms are incredibly large and pretty clean, although outdated. Overall a great value.

Totally value for money in the EU Quartet. There are obvious things that could easily.be improoved like breskfast, still it stands out vs competition in this price range

Strategic location near the Schumann metro station. Rooms are larger than average. Clean, with a kitchenette (which we didn't use). There's a kettle, but with a limited selection of drinks. The bathtub is a bit too high; I imagine an elderly person might have some difficulty with it. Good breakfast.

Disappointing Experience – Hardly 4-Star Standard While this hotel claims a 4-star rating, the overall experience felt much more like a basic 3-star establishment. Several issues during my stay made the "superior" classification hard to justify: Service & Knowledge: The staff lacked basic information regarding local infrastructure. I received little to no help concerning the Brussels parking system or e-charging options, which was quite frustrating. Facilities & Maintenance: One of the two elevators was out of order in a 9-story building, leading to long waits. When I tried to access the gym, I was rudely "snapped at" by staff and told it was under repair, with no prior notice or apology. Dining: The breakfast was "okay," but certainly not up to the 4-star standards found in other European cities. It lacked variety and quality. Rooms: The cleanliness felt superficial—the rooms were "trying" to look clean, but the attention to detail was missing. Conclusion: Between the unhelpful service and the broken facilities, there are much better 4-star options in Brussels. This one currently misses the mark.

This hotel is very outdated and absolutely not recommended. The rooms haven't been renovated, the furniture is old and worn, and the curtains are dirty. The elevator doesn't work properly. The breakfast is very poor: the coffee is terrible and the fruit is practically rotten. It's truly low-end and should be avoided.

I visited for the first time in 2023 and it’s apparent that some renovations have been carried out since then. However, it would be a good idea to install better windows – Brussels is a quiet, very pleasant city to live in, but I was woken up several times during the night by garbage trucks, people talking at the street, etc.

The hotel is in a quiet area away from the center, ideal for one night. Older equipment, but no one minded. Clean everywhere. Minibar empty, no water. Box with tissues in the bathroom also empty. There is a kitchenette and stove, but no cooking utensils 🤷🏼‍♀️ Beds comfortable. Breakfast good and large selection. Staff nice, smiling, welcoming.

A decent hotel in a good location. The rooms are a bit noisy and not completely soundproof. The beds are very soft. The bathroom is outdated.

Great location, quiet and good shower and breakfast. But tired and in need of refurbishment.
