What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location near the metro and European Commission, along with spacious and clean rooms that often include kitchenettes. However, many note that the hotel's decor is quite dated, with some bathrooms described as being from the 1970s, and sound insulation between rooms can be an issue.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The first impression was unpleasant right from check-in, as the receptionist was very unfriendly when asked to repeat something. When we arrived shortly after 3 p.m. to check into our room, it wasn't ready. The cleaning staff were still in the room, so we had to wait in the hallway with our luggage. The room itself was spacious, but unfortunately, anything but clean. There was hair on the floor, and it was clear that it hadn't been mopped thoroughly. Then came the highlight: Although check-out wasn't until 11 a.m., we were woken up by the cleaning staff at 8 a.m. They didn't just knock, they suddenly appeared in the hallway. After not being able to check in at 3 p.m. the previous day due to cleaning, it was truly ironic to be woken up at 8 a.m. for that very reason. This hotel is okay if you only need a place to sleep for one night, but otherwise, I would advise against it.

Good hotel in a good location. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast with a wide selection. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are apparently being renovated gradually. We had a huge room with a new bathroom. Everything is clean and practically furnished.

The hotel's location, facilities, cleanliness, and standards are all great, but they definitely need to modernize the showers. They are narrow and prone to slipping; when you take a shower, the entire bathroom fills with water, and there's no drain. Apart from that, the rest of the hotel is very high quality.

It was very clean, nice, fast check-in, there are parking spaces, not a new hotel, older equipment but the price-value ratio is very good
