The hotel has an excellent location, the room isn't bad, but they don't clean or tidy the room daily, only every three days, using energy-saving as an excuse, which I find outrageous. So you either make the bed yourself or sleep on an unmade one... the bathroom obviously wasn't cleaned for three days either... the carpet in both the room and the hallways was very dirty and stained. The windows don't insulate at all, so the room is extremely noisy, not only from the outside noise but also because the air conditioning is very loud. I found it very difficult to sleep. Breakfast was always the same, with little variety and no fresh fruit except for pears and apples. It could be much better.
