Excellent. We spent one night in a room with a terrace for the weekend. Friendly staff and a great room. Our only disappointments were the air conditioning, which was centrally located and therefore couldn't be adjusted from our room, and the view from the other terraces, which could be described more clearly on the website.

A truly lovely hotel, very friendly staff, and everything was spotlessly clean. The room with the rooftop terrace was a dream. Fantastic view of the city. The spa area is small, but perfectly adequate. The breakfast is excellent, especially the waffles, which you can make yourself. However, the breakfast room is quite stuffy and warm. But all in all, very good! We'd love to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay at this modern and comfortable hotel. The room was admittedly a bit small, but perfectly laid out and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, which made for a truly enjoyable stay. Special mention goes to the small indoor pool: even though it's not large, it's a welcome addition, clean, and, most importantly, open until 11 pm. A real bonus that our young children loved! Breakfast is simple but complete, with everything you need to start the day right. In short, a very pleasant hotel, particularly well-suited for a family stay. We will gladly return!

Excellent experience. Very good hotel with a great location right next to the Cinquantenaire Park. The staff was very friendly. Comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed room. The only slight drawback was the breakfast, which could be improved a little. We will gladly return!

A €350 weekend that left a truly bitter taste. We came to Brussels to celebrate our wedding anniversary and chose this hotel mainly for the pool. In the end, it was a huge disappointment; the water was freezing! Swimming was impossible. We asked reception several times to look into the problem. The staff were very friendly and tried their best by contacting the maintenance team remotely, but they couldn't do anything. They offered us a free drink as compensation, but it didn't change anything; we still couldn't enjoy the pool. When you enter the spa area, it's very hot, while the pool itself is completely cold. Not reassuring and definitely not pleasant. Another minor complaint about breakfast: not enough for everyone, and sometimes there was a wait. The room was clean, and the hotel is well-located near the city center, but that doesn't make up for it. For €350, you clearly expect to be able to enjoy what you booked for. Don't waste your money if you really want to swim here.

Our first time in Brussels, and this hotel was perfect. It's very well located, within walking distance of the European Quarter and the city center. A lovely little hotel in a quiet location, clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant. The decor is lovely, the rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious, modern, and clean, and the small pool is a nice and attractive feature. The breakfast buffet is okay (though more variety would be nice). We opted for the underground parking garage, which was also perfect. (Booked through the hotel.)
