About this place NH Collection Brussels Centre

The NH Collection Brussels Centre occupies one of the most remarkable addresses in Belgium: directly on the Grand-Place, the UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most beautiful city squares in Europe. The hotel is gay-friendly in the straightforward sense — the NH Collection brand is internationally oriented and explicitly welcoming — and its location on the Grand-Place places it five minutes' walk from the Rue du Marché au Charbon gay district, making it an exceptionally well-positioned base for visitors to Brussels' LGBTQ+ scene. Rooms are contemporary and well-appointed; the standard is consistent with the NH Collection brand's European positioning. For visitors who want to combine gay Brussels with serious tourism — the Grand-Place, the Manneken Pis, the Magritte Museum, the Comic Strip Museum, Horta Museum — the location is unmatched. During Belgian Pride week, the hotel's Grand-Place position puts guests in the centre of the festivities.

Third visit between 2024 and 2025, and this is still a winner 🏆 Pros: - The staff once again exceeded expectations ( front desk, bar/terrace/breakfast and cleaning). Once entering the premises the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Shout-out to Onofre who we see since our first visit and is lovely, Giovani waiting at the rooftop who is always really nice and Estefani who has checked us in and was a delight to speak with! -The reception: smell is still something that I care for and the smell is divine, also the refreshment station is a nice touch especially with the warm weather experienced in Brussels on that date. Breakfast: Still one of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel in Brussels ! I definitely recommend it for guests and external people. Rooftop: Beautiful rooftop which is appreciated on beautiful days! Rooms: as per my previous review, the rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfy. Thanks for the complementary bottle of water 😉 Location: a few steps away from the metro and right in the city centre. It offers good access to the whole city. Flexibility: we can arrange a late checkout where possible which is really nice and ask for ad-hoc requests (additional chair etc.) and the staff would always try to accommodate. I really appreciate 🙏🏾 Cons: None on that stay at all. Overall that 3rd stay was a success! Expect other visits from me for sure 🤩 Thanks for everything!

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms and clean. I only wish they had a duvet as I was cold at night. But overall nice, excellent breakfast, and great location!

Photos on hotel website are not representative of the actual hotel. I would argue they are heavily photoshopped or AI generated. Hallway carpets were dirty, sink leaked dripping on floor, room was OK but for over 300 Euro was not as nice as a 60 Euro Best Wetern...

There are good things to say about this hotel. It is located within walking distances of some of the interesting sights of Brussels. It s very near a metro and Underground Tram station and a sort walk from bus stops. The room was a good size , we had a bath as well as shower and there were enough chairs and clothes storage. The breakfast was good too. The one problem was the lifts. The breakfast room and rooftop bar are on the 9th floor and we were on the fifth floor. When we arrived there was one small lift that took 6 people , working and two lifts including the larger one out of order. When we tried to get a lift from the 5th floor to the 9th there were about 8 people with about 10 suitcases waiting so we had to walk 4 floors to breakfast. While we were there one of the lifts, with capacity for several people and luggage worked for a few days as well as the small lift but the 3rd lift was never fixed. If you do not want a long climb to breakfast I suggest you ask for a room on the 8th or 9th floor and hope that you have time every day to wait patiently for the lift to the ground floor. This may seem and unfair criticism of an otherwise excellent hotel but it is worth checking that the lifts all work before you arrive!

We had booked two rooms, one of which was a suite, for a total of €670. It was a catastrophic experience. A suite worthy of a budget hotel, stained walls, and partially done cleaning. The only good thing is the location. However, it is still a shame that for this price there is no reduced rate for parking.

Very good hotel, pleasant welcome, large and clean rooms. Its location in the heart of Brussels, near the Grand Place, is truly excellent. The breakfast is very varied and truly impeccable, with an outdoor terrace on the rooftops of Brussels when the weather is nice. I recommend it.
