Very good mini hotel, large rooms, well-equipped, clean, quite area and very nice staff at reception. It's all that you need when not staying at home for business trips.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in Brussels, where I went for a meeting. I chose it because it was close to the meeting venue, so the location was very convenient for me. Besides, there are metro and public transport routes nearby if you want to use them. The room was very spacious, airy, and clean. A microwave and coffee maker were also available. The only downside for me was the lack of disposable slippers; I had to buy some myself. Also, the room was a little cold, but I don't think that was the hotel's fault because the heating system worked perfectly. I think it was due to the building being old and my room being on the ground floor. I was satisfied with the hotel and would choose it again if I were to go back. Thank you for everything.

I stayed here for a few days last week. The rooms are nice and the location is good but the service was awful. Very unwelcoming and unwilling to help. After having our room cleaned one of the days, we came back in the evening and realised our bed had no undersheet. We tried to speak to someone in reception and tell them but they told us it wasn't their fault as they weren't responsible for the cleaning. We had to look for sheets and make the bed ourselves and when I spoke to the manager at check-out he refused to acknowledge the issue. It was quite off-putting considering the money you pay and safe to say we asked for them not to clean our room for the rest of the stay. Really disappointing considering the good reviews we'd seen when booking the room.

Great location for a stay in Brussels. The room was very clean and comfortable. Too bad there is no breakfast, but there are bakeries nearby.

Small hotel located in the European Quarter of Brussels. A 12-13 minute walk from the metro, 7 minutes from the park, and on the same street as a Carrefour City supermarket and a few restaurants (quiet neighborhood). As for the hotel itself, the two receptionists we encountered were excellent! The rooms are very spacious and you have everything you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). No breakfast is included, but pastries are available in the morning. Be aware if you're traveling with luggage, the stairs are steep and there's no elevator! Our room, located on the top floor (in the renovated attic, I believe), offered a partial view of the city. However, it was very hot (despite the presence of a fan), and when you open the window, like with any skylight, you get daylight. The rooms are also poorly insulated. I would recommend it for a short stay, without luggage, but perhaps not for a longer trip.
