Hotel Derby

The room was very basic but clean. The shower heads were completely corroded and covered in limescale. There was noise from the other guests in the hallway until midnight and from the floor above from early morning (the floors aren't very sturdy). Breakfast was very basic.

No key, shower inaccessible for my disabled sister. We had to give up the room we paid €527 for and received a refund of €24. No compassion whatsoever. Shameful...

The rooms are terrible, nothing like the photos. I stayed in room 506 from January 31st to February 4th. The room was very cold, the radiator only heated one corner, and I couldn't sleep all night listening to the sound of running water. The shower was awful; the water flow was very slow, it took an hour to shower. The sound insulation was terrible; I could hear everything from other rooms, footsteps, everything. There's one window high up overlooking the clouds. It's like a prison, really, really bad.
