One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. Yes, I accidentally booked the wrong date. I fully admit that was my mistake. But what happened next was completely unacceptable. The receptionist was incredibly rude, cold, and dismissive from the very beginning. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of empathy or trying to help, his response was simply: "It's not our problem, it's yours. We can't do anything." Not once did he offer to check with a manager, see if a partial refund was possible, or make any effort whatsoever to assist. He didn't even pretend to care. I was treated as if I was wasting his time. I wasn't demanding a refund... I was simply asking if there was any possible solution. Good hotels understand that mistakes happen and at least try to help their guests. This hotel did absolutely nothing. The lack of professionalism, customer care, and basic respect was shocking. It wasn't the booking mistake that ruined my experience... it was the attitude of the receptionist. I would never stay at a place where guests are treated with such arrogance and complete indifference.

I rarely leave reviews, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The air conditioning was broken, the elevator didn't work, I booked a triple room but ended up with a single bed, the bathroom lights didn't work, the room smelled musty, and the window overlooked a dingy terrace that everyone seemed to have access to. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work, the room looked dirty, and we could hear the neighbors in the next room as if they were right there with us. In short, nothing was right. The worst part? I paid over €500 for the room for work. If you can't find any other hotel in Brussels, whatever you do, don't book this one.

It was the worst hotel i have ever slept in. They advertised air-conditioning in all the rooms and no rooms had any air-conditioning. We arrived at 11pm and had no other option than to stay at this hotel. We asked if the staff could supply us with a fan and they said no, but they promised us that they would get one for us the day after. When we asked for the fan the day after the staff were super childish and said that it wasn’t their responibility and that we should cancel the stay. The man that sat in the desk we’re absolutely unreasonable and he said that it wasn’t his responsibility when we had a paper written note to get a fan. He said quote on quote «yeah i lied» and «yeah it’s my fault, i don’t care». I wouldn’t reccommend this hotel for anyone, keep away!
