We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and full of character, the rooftop pool with its city views is a fantastic bonus, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only aspect that fell a bit short of our expectations was the breakfast. It wasn’t bad, but compared to the overall quality and atmosphere of the hotel, we expected something a little better. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it.

Very modern and stylish hotel near Saint Peters Sq with great value for money. Only 15 minutes from the city centre. Staff are all very friendly, they moved the big screen for us to watch some football during the World Cup. Love the small details like the iron and ironing board in the corridors. Highly reccomend

A superb room in a hotel with very contemporary decor. A fantastic rooftop terrace and a pool to relax in with a drink and a 360° view of Ghent. We had a wonderful time! Thank you

Took a staycation at JAM to escape the heatwave and enjoy the aircon and pool. The hotel surpassed our expectations. The bedroom was comfortable and cool, they even provided a bowl and treats for our dog, which she much appreciated. The open spaces both upstairs and downstairs are very comfortable and peaceful places to work or chill. The staff are super friendly. We wanted to leave later on our last day and there was no problem at all with us hanging out in the open spaces. The situation of the hotel is lovely, next to a big park which was perfect for the dog and with a huge rewilded outdoor space in the courtyard where you can see bees, butterflies and hear crickets. 10/10

We stayed at this hotel with our football team last weekend. Due to a miscommunication, a double booking occurred, and it is still unclear what ultimately went wrong. Unfortunately, there has been little to no effort from the hotel to resolve this problem to our satisfaction. It ultimately took over 3 hours before we could speak to the manager, and this ended up costing our 18-year-old football team over 750 euros extra, with the burden of proof resting entirely on us. It is a shame, as the hotel also has certain obligations and could have seen that the other booking had been paid for. Normally, a hotel is supposed to contact the intermediary (booking.com) or the customer 24 hours in advance to confirm whether the other booking should also proceed, so that the rooms in question could potentially be offered for rent again. This did not happen! Our team outing was thoroughly ruined, and our evening program was destroyed. We were completely backed into a corner because we also did not receive the keys to the rooms we had already paid for. Potential customers: take note! The staff is stubborn, and before you know it, they are wheedling extra money out of your wallet. A wet towel that fell out of the pool also resulted in a fine of €120.00. It should be clear that we will not be coming back!
