Unacceptable, please do not go, watch out - no reception, no one who can help you on the spot. - The room and bathroom provided did not match the photos shown on Booking.com at all. - The room was extremely small and the bathroom was so cramped that you literally could not turn around in it. - It was a so-called deluxe room. Upon entering, we encountered a foul odor and unhygienic sheets on the bed. - The inside of the room was considerably dirty, with a stench and hotter than outside. - no air conditioning in the hotel. The offered Action fan did not work properly instead of decent air conditioning and made loud, strange noises, making sleeping impossible. - The hotel refused to offer a suitable solution or another room on the spot - the Booking.com employee had to tell them that they had to fix the problem. - we did not get our money back. - Employee via WhatsApp gets into an argument and starts talking about terms and conditions. - We left the room immediately within an hour for these reasons and demanded our money back via Booking.com. - they claim that their terms and conditions take precedence over poor performance.
Upon arrival, we were surprised to find no one at reception. The room had a comfortable bed. Despite several phone calls with the hotel manager, we couldn't get the TV to work. You'll see the photos of the bathroom, which leaves much to be desired for a 3-star hotel, especially considering the price: €129! And don't forget, breakfast isn't included at that price!
The location is ideal for staying overnight on a concert night at the Arena. It's right across the street. However, they do try to make the old look new. There's no reception, which is convenient if you have a reservation, but quite annoying if you're not resourceful. We found the rooms adequate, but expensive considering the outdated facilities (the toilet seat wobbles, the bedside lamp switches are... small, as if a cover is missing, no TV channels installed on the TV, no closets, no desk...). One night is fine, but no more.
This hotel is terrible. Communication is absolutely nonexistent. I've been asking for an invoice for two years and they still haven't sent it. Such indifference and lack of concern is unbelievable. So many people have reported their problems; one would expect them to apologize or say "I'm sorry." They haven't even responded. I don't think this hotel deserves to be on booking.com. booking.com should take this into account and review the hotel. Don't go, don't stay, and don't recommend it.
