My experience was disappointing. The cleanliness of the showers and the room left much to be desired. Adding to this was the shared room where the lack of hygiene of some guests resulted in a very strong body odor, to the point of waking me up in the morning and making it very difficult to stay in the room. I understand that guest behavior isn't always the responsibility of the accommodation provider, but I do believe that a minimum level of hygiene should be required and the rules of coexistence should be reinforced. I got very little rest and, for this reason, I wouldn't return.

Great hostel in the center of Leuven with good double rooms. Comfortable mattresses, excellent bathroom facilities, spacious lounge, large kitchen, and good basic service; towels and bedding included. However, the initial reception (earlier than the official check-in time) by a male receptionist was unfriendly and rather curt, anything but welcoming. Fortunately, later in the day we were able to check in with a female colleague, who, on the other hand, was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for a few days. The friendliness of the staff and the accessibility to the center guarantee a good experience. The beds are very decent, the space is quiet, although occasionally you can hear some louder voices from groups passing by outside (it's close to the center). At the time, our fellow countrywoman Silvia was at reception, which made our check-in quicker and more pleasant, thanks to her competence. Without being pretentious, it's a good place to stay.
